Product & Price:
Product images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly. Prices shown include VAT. Delivery costs are added during checkout. For non-EU orders, duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery:
In-stock products are delivered within 15 days. Items out of stock will ship after restocking. Delivery to Azores and Madeira may take longer. Deliveries requiring special access (windows, walls, etc.) are not included. Customers are responsible for checking dimensions before ordering.

E-invoice:
A digital invoice will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Order & Payment

Orders are confirmed by email. imcollective reserves the right to decline any order. Payment methods:

• Credit card via PayPal

• Bank transfer

• Cheque (order canceled if not received within 10 days)

Returns & Cancellations

To avoid unnecessary returns, we are happy to provide detailed product information prior to purchase.

Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Notify us in writing and include a copy of the invoice. Return address:

Returns must be:

• Unused and unassembled

• In original packaging and condition

• With all original labels

Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds exclude delivery fees and are processed using the original payment method within 14 days of inspection.

Products are sold individually; return conditions apply per item. imcollective may cancel delivery for justified reasons and refund accordingly. No returns on food items.

If delivery is unsuccessful after six months, imcollective may dispose of the items without reimbursement.

Warranty & Complaints

Products are covered by the statutory warranty. Contact us at mail@imcollective.pt to file a complaint.

Natural variations in materials are not considered defects. imcollective is not responsible for wear and tear from use.
